    Research before hand!!!
    Just received this today, it is a gift for my sister and there is a piece chipped off at the large opening at the bottom. I wish I could have received a piece without any issues. It looks to be a quality issue the material is very thin in that area for some reason, I was hoping for something better I guess.

    Does not work as advertised!
    It does not flow down. Any air movement voids the smoke going down. Very disappointed!!!!!

    Terrible Odor
    The burner is very nice but the incense does not work and smells terrible. It burns within 5 minutes. I wa t to keep the burner if I can find some decent incense that will work as it is supposed to.

    no hole
    I received my incense waterfall and went to try it out and realized the smoke wasn't flowing through the hole at the top. I looked at it and it was glazed over (so there was no hole). I was so excited for it but I guess it just wasn't meant to be:(

    Disappointment
    As to be practically no air movement in order to work properly. The scents that come with all smell the same, like campfire.

    The smoke does NOT go down. Don't waste your money
    The smoke does not flow down no matter what I do. Very disappointed. More wasted money on crap. All the cones smell like campfire ...

    Smells like an ashtray
    It was very pretty but honestly my whole room smells like a cigarette smoker and ashtray. I don't even like cig smokers to sit on my furniture because they all smell so bad and now I can't get this horrible smell out of my house.Visually: the piece is nice. The smoke is kind of relaxing but you cannot have any air movement in the room at all or the smoke won't waterfall so no air vents , windows open Or fans

    Doesn’t work
    Any movement of air in your house theses don’t work at all, they burn out in about 3 minutes so the incense are awful on burn time

    WORST INCENSE BURNER I EVER BOUGHT
    I was so looking forward to this item. It looked so cool. NOT! 1. The backflow incense that works with this item and they sell you smells like burnt wood. Like a forest fire. It smells like your house is burning down. I tried to buy other incense to salvage it, but it needs the backflow kind. If the incense smelled good, I may have kept it, but I'm returning this thing. Who wants to smell burned wood in their home? 2. The smoke did not flow down. It reached the second tier and then would wisp away. You have to close all windows and turn off all air supply. Don't walk passed it. So, you have to close all your windows and turn off the AC to get smoked out. No thank you. :0/

    Not as expected.
     Tried many times. Read instructions on walmart. Lined up all holes, still smoke goes all over or just up. Whole house smells and so far no perfect waterfall. Probably would go back to seller.

    delivered looking like it was a return
    I ordered two of these items and they were delivered at the same time. However, one looked brand new, boxed and packaged from manufacturer, but the other the cones had obviously been opened and there were suppose to be different scents...they were all the same and had no scent to them and were in a zip lock baggie instead of manufacturer package like the other one....never again!

    FIRE HAZARD
    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! It looks really nice, but it is wobbly and the incense cones sit VERY wobbly on top! It is a FIRE HAZARD!

    Insence stinks!!
    The insence cones stink. Smells like tobacco. The sticks were spilled and broken in the box.

    This Waterfall made my son sick!!
    After burning one pod, my 14 yr old was coughing and felt as if someone was sitting on his chest. Four hours later, he is still experiencing wheezing, pain & discomfort. His throat hurts, he feels sick to his stomach. I am so upset, concerned and quite frankly, a little freaked out.
