    Not as depicted :(
    I was so excited to try this based on the videos. It does not pool and flow on each ledge as shown in the seller's video. Very disappointed, the smoke just goes everywhere, no wind. Does anyone else have this problem?

    Doesn’t really work
    The hole sits right on the ridge making it difficult for the cones to align and stay upright (not sure if that’s a defect or how it’s supposed to be). The cones themselves smell really bad and don’t last very long. The smoke doesn’t really flow very well either. Maybe better with better cones.

    I'm impressed
    I was expecting a lot less. It's solid, bigger than I thought it was (in a good way), and has more and better quality accessories than I realized. It was packaged well and shipped quickly. It's a gift so I haven't seen it in use yet, but with my experience so far I would highly recommend it. ( I added a new pencil for size reference in the pictures)

    They definitely did not last 15 min. I got 2 min at most.
    The cones did not last as long as advertised.

    Wow….
    The thing sucks it blew up as soon as I got it killing me and my entire family I am dead writing this btw. I’m just kidding it was amazing I love how it flows just wanted people to read the whole thing if you wanted to bye it bust was unsure I would definitely buy it 😊

    Love this incense burner!
    I have been wanting one of these for a long time. My daughter got one and loves it so I bought one. 1loce it!

    Smells good
    The incense smell great however the smoke does not trickle down like it shows. It does not look like a waterfall or smoke fall.

    The smell
    I like the waterfall the smoke makes but I hate the smell of the incense. It’s unbearable. It smells like cigarettes and I am not a smoker that smell makes me sick. I can’t even use this. I’m really disappointed with the choice of fragrance.

    Nice product, bad incense. All cones smell identically bland.
    Product as pictured and nicely priced; however, the incense cones all smell the same, basically like burning wood. Read people write “campfire”, which is spot on. Sucks to have these be included in the purchase, but are useless. Buying cones from another seller.

    Doesn’t last very long!
    Love the concept. Relaxing to watch, relaxing to smell, but 5 minutes later it’s over.

    Incense smokes up the house and it’s not easy to place it.
    The incense doesn’t smell nice. It made the room smell Smokey afterwards. It’s not easy to place it properly to match up with holes on top and bottom of incense. Once it does, it’s pretty cool to watch.

    Cute, but
    Received mine today and was excited to break it out. There were no instructions so back to walmart I went to figure it out. The hole on mine is not flat so I don't get the full waterfall effect. And when you do, the slightest breeze will blow the smoke around. The incense smell like burning wood...hubby walked around to see what was burning. The most frustrating, the hole is on the lip so the incense does not sit upright, it falls over.Very disappointed as I thought this would make great gifts for the future. Glad I tested it out!
