Did not do the waterfall effects. The cones smell good.
The cones are very hard to place on the correct hole provided for cone to sit. The smoke barely comes down to 1st waterfall. Not impressed. Not giftable!

Doesn't flow
First of all it was cracked and you could tell it was created that way because the huge crack was glazed over. Second the smoke does not water fall down like you would expect. I thought it was the air flow but I even sat it in a closet with no flow It still didn't waterfall down. The only reason i give 2 stars is because the incense smells really good and you get alot in the bad

Nice but hard to get the flow
This product is pretty but the smoke flow is interrupted by the smallest breeze and it never flowed continuously.

Disappointed
I really wanted to like this. The ceramic is beautiful , and the "waterfall" effect.....once you can adjust the cone perfectly, so that it will actually work...is cool-provided you don't breathe, or move near it.. However, the incense cones that came with it, smell terrible! I cannot recommend this.

You cannot see smoke unless still
Looks just like the picture only thing is that you need to have it in a place that is perfectly still. No breeze from a/c vent, fan or window. I may try different cones but I’m not sure that will work. Either way room still smells good

Love it!
Once we realized that there can be no air displaced (no fans, windows, or walking past it) while it is being used, it worked beautifully! We also put a flameless candle in the base for more ambience. We love it! Only complaint is the hole for the smoke to come through is at an angle and makes it hard to place the incense easily.

Not as advertised.
If there is the slightest air current in the room the incense smoke will not fall down the waterfall. My hole on the top of the incense burner is not centered in the middle and I have to put the cone at an angle so that the smoke leaks out the bottom of the burning incense cones. Do not buy this and if you do buy it when you open it if you see the same thing in your burner ship it right back. Further, it is hard to identify the color of the incense cones with any labeling that is on the package

Not fresh or clean smelling
Returned…. It’s super cool but all the cone incense smell the same constantly reminds me of an elderly smokers house. I wish they could make fresh clean smelling incense one day.

Product looks great, smells terrible
My husband loves this. The smell is unbearable though. I've asked him not to burn this when in home. It leaves a terrible smoke smell, it gives me a terrible headache, and I can't breathe. I was super excited to give this to him and disappointed by the smell.

Looks so cool
Sadly the smell of the incense cones it came with is terrible, just plain unpleasant, residual burnt coconut smell permitted for days in room.The cascade effect only works with some of the cones it comes with. The hole where incense goes is not on flat surface so cones fall off .

Don't buy it
Received this item today, looks cool smells like straight ash tray...extremely disappointed as someone who has asthma. Stand is cool, concept is cool incense are absolutely gross. Returning tomorrow.

False advertising. The smoke does not flow down the waterfall. Nothing like it advertises. The incense does not sit still in location it is designed to. Very disappointed. I would not received it to anyone I know

Very pretty, but scent could be improved greatly
It calming to watch the "smokefall", however, the scent of the incense is not the best.
