    Love the incense burner
    I love the incense burner it works as described. The hole for the back flow incense is a little too far to the outer space. I am not crazy with the incense leaves an odor in the room. However the burner matches my vases perfectly. I will try different back flow incenses from another maker.

    Pretty sure I ordered a new item. Updated.
    Update: after my review I was contacted by seller and received a refund. The item looks nice for displaying despite the mat being broken. You can put it at the bottom and no one would know but I still recommend to inspect the item if you're buying as a gift. I understand people return items but they should be inspected by seller for any sign of use before reselling.Original review: Brought for displaying and the item came clearly used. Mat is also broken as well. Item is pretty but it was sad and angry I received a used item without previously being told. Do not buy as a gift in case you dissapoint someone.

    Great waterfall incense burner!
    After researching several of these on the inter web, we saw this and it seemed like it was what we were looking for, so we ordered it. It arrived very quickly and it turned out to exceed our expectations.

    Packed very well. The sheet was a little torn. Still love it though!
    This was very well packed and came with a ton of scents. The scents came in a variety for me to choose from and smell super good. The only problem was my sheet thay you place it on came a little torn. But its not noticeable if the incents holder is on it.

    I have no problem with mine I just have to turn the fan off for it to work

    Not as expected
    Works great, but the cones burn away too fast. They are almost done burning before the smoke reaches the bottom

    Not as expected.
     Tried many times. Read instructions on walmart. Lined up all holes, still smoke goes all over or just up. Whole house smells and so far no perfect waterfall. Probably would go back to seller.

    Terrible.. Any type of breeze will smoke your house up...
    Only works in a room with no draft .. Will stibk and smoke your home up... Bad idea!

    I love the scents!
    I have purchased 3, 2 as gifts and only hear mostly positive things. Everyone loves the scents but all wish it would last longer.

    Beautiful!
    With the Slightest air flow you won't get the waterfall but the smell is great and it is absolutely beautiful so I am not complainin

    Plastic Lace Mat
    There was a tear on the plastic lace mat, as shown. :( To rectify the issue, the seller offered a refund for the torn item. Thank you. Great seller. My son loved the incense burner, over all. :)

    Theres a draft issue it dont flow down into the bottom like its suppose to

    Love it!! BUT...
    Ok. I love it. It's beautiful. Feels durable. Perfect. But. The mat. As you can see it was tore. But with it sitting flat u can't tell unless you really look at it. Over all I'm happy with the product itself. Arrived on time. Took a while to ship but none the less. I'm happy with it.

    It's adorable but smaller than what I was expecting
    The cones almost touch the top so it has smoke marks and the space between the cone and the first waterfall catch is a little too big so it has trouble catching the smoke but when it does its gorgeous ?? the koi fish look amazing in the smoke
