I love it
It's really cool to watch it work but the only thing is that you have to use it in a room with no type of moving air at all.

Terrible Odor
The burner is very nice but the incense does not work and smells terrible. It burns within 5 minutes. I wa t to keep the burner if I can find some decent incense that will work as it is supposed to.

Cool product, stinky incense cones
The actual waterfall burner is really cool and seems to be of good quality. The incense cones that come with it smell awful. All the people that smelled them at our house said they smell like an ash tray. Cool product though.

Disappointed
Smoke doesn’t fall the way this shows and was done burning in a few minutes. Very disappointing. I would send back if I didn’t already burn an incense. Glad this wasn’t a gift.

I received my incense waterfall and went to try it out and realized the smoke wasn't flowing through the hole at the top. I looked at it and it was glazed over (so there was no hole). I was so excited for it but I guess it just wasn't meant to be:(

Love it!
Lol it worked every time before the one in the video but that's okay bc i just put in the bottom and it started going up it instead of down it lol anyway really love this product and smells amazing. (dont mind the backround noise its just my fish tank lol.) also some people were complaining about it only burning for about 10 min but its only suposed to burn that long also the smoke is suposed to go up once you light it and about a minute before it ends. so if it starts going upright after you light it then dont put it out and start a knew one. just wait a little longer and it will probably start streaming down soon enough. 😊
