Good item, but smells awful!!!
The item looks good. We can’t use it however, the lavender cone makes the entire house smell like a camp fire.. Terrible

Perfect for Gifting!
Purchased for my daughter as a birthday gift, the item is everything described. The craftsmanship is gorgeous and top quality. It comes with several scent cones and other items to use with it. The backlog is really beautiful to watch. It was such a good buy that several if her friends also purchased one after hearing her rave about it. Well worth every penny.

pretty but doesn't work
It is nice looking, and the scents are okay, but the flow never happens, I have made sure everything is open and place the cone over the hole in the top tier, and it still only goes to the top of the cone. I wanted a flowing and this doesn't. I have moved it to different places and still it goes via the top of the cone. Not use which is at fault the cones or the unit. Disappointing.

Great gift!
Bought this for my friend for her birthday she absolutely loves it and honestly it’s so pretty I’m tempted to buy one for myself. ??It came with tons of cones and incense sticks which she told me smell pretty good so I’d say it’s an overall great buy.

It's needs to make more smoke to bable to work correctly
Just don't make enough smoke to fall the way it's suppose to.I believe it's worth wat I pay for it but if it would produce more smoke it would b way Kooler but I will buy another one that's biggerThank yal

Read before you buy it!
Update!!!My son started using it and it created a tar from the cones, almost caught on fire…. Definitely do not recommend it!I would have give 5 stars but the package came open and all the cones we’re together in one bag 😳😳… the design is beautiful though…

This is sized for a tabletop, end table, bedside table, or desk. The a/c and fans have to be off so the air is still for the smoke to fall just right.

It's working just like I planned it!
I bought this waterfall with direct intent to act as a stress reliever for my husband. It seems to be doing the job!! When it flows, one almost becomes mesmerized. The smells are wonderful so far, but haven't burned them all. Couldn't believe how inexpensive this incense burner was. Worth every penny. I'm sorry for those who didn't like it and yes, you'll need to find a place away from airflow, but hey, it's worth it!

I dare you to mimic the photos
Unless you are firing this up in a completely still environment, there is no way to get the smoke wio flow as the seller presents. Also, the incense cones have bottom holes in all different spots: very difficult to line the bottom hole and the smoke flow hole in the holder for a thick dense smoke to ooze down.

It’s a beautiful piece and works like it should! It looks exactly like the picture. So far so good for me! I would gift it! I’m not the biggest fan of the scents, BUT that’s an easy fix, so it’s still worth the buy! Everyone has different tastes (I happen to be picky with smells) so still try the ones included!Tip for making your own back-flow cones : You can use any incense cones that you know you already like, and with a small drill bit or whatever you think you can use, gently make a hole. Just measure it out first so you don’t go all the way through. Use the cones included for an example.
