Doesn't do as advertised
Does not work as the "smoke waterfall"Not very safe as an incense burner as the catch area is too small.

Too cute
Very nice decor, smells wonderful …..but it only came with 100 cones and 39 sticks ….make sure to have it away from windy spaces so the smoke will flow properly …..minus a star bc I’m missing cones/sticks…..it advertises 120 cones and 50 sticks.

?I like the material, its not like plastic or anything. the mat i got wasn't ripped like some people say it is and i like how that give you the incense and the tweezers so I don't have to go out and buy them myself. the incense smelled like nothing really, just kinda burnt smell although thats pretty much what it is. the incense flows down very nicely. overall i would buy again.

If you're in a normal household it does not flow down
It was a nice setup but the whole mission was to see it flowed down to the bottom

Disappointment
As to be practically no air movement in order to work properly. The scents that come with all smell the same, like campfire.

Hideous looking, smells bad and only works with windows closed!
This does not look as nice as the photo but more bulky and dark, the holed cone incense smells unpleasant and the ash then smells like an old camp fire. It is not something I am proud to display and only works with no breeze at all.

The smoke does NOT go down. Don't waste your money
The smoke does not flow down no matter what I do. Very disappointed. More wasted money on crap. All the cones smell like campfire ...

Smells like an ashtray
It was very pretty but honestly my whole room smells like a cigarette smoker and ashtray. I don't even like cig smokers to sit on my furniture because they all smell so bad and now I can't get this horrible smell out of my house.Visually: the piece is nice. The smoke is kind of relaxing but you cannot have any air movement in the room at all or the smoke won't waterfall so no air vents , windows open Or fans

Doesn’t work
Any movement of air in your house theses don’t work at all, they burn out in about 3 minutes so the incense are awful on burn time

WORST INCENSE BURNER I EVER BOUGHT
I was so looking forward to this item. It looked so cool. NOT! 1. The backflow incense that works with this item and they sell you smells like burnt wood. Like a forest fire. It smells like your house is burning down. I tried to buy other incense to salvage it, but it needs the backflow kind. If the incense smelled good, I may have kept it, but I'm returning this thing. Who wants to smell burned wood in their home? 2. The smoke did not flow down. It reached the second tier and then would wisp away. You have to close all windows and turn off all air supply. Don't walk passed it. So, you have to close all your windows and turn off the AC to get smoked out. No thank you. :0/

Inscents Waterfall
Anyone who enjoys the fragrance of in-scents will find this reasonably priced unit a wonderful addition to their family room. Even just watching the smoke work its way down the waterfalls is amazingly relaxing!

It's ok
I ordered 2 & one came box damaged & only with the ceramic piece; nothing else. The other box was fine. Disappointed it didn't look as cool as it did in the video. Unfortunately I will be sending back. I really wanted this to be as relaxing & entertaining as the video but it didn't work like that.
