    Didn't work
    This only work for less that 10 minsand only the first couple steps from top to bottom ! Very sadAnd also gets a little sticky on top after burning the incense

    Not as expected, Defective
    I have a defective one. The hole is not on a flat surface so the smoke billows out all around the top and very little goes down. I tried propping it up with other cones and it didn't work. It was also very reactive to any air movement around it so I couldn't walk past it because the smoke went all over. I hope the rest have the hole in the center as advertised.

    Very neat and smells great
    Very cool. Got it for my wife and she loves it. Looks very good as decor and the scent things work well but they're just a bit difficult to stay straight up so the smoke goes down.

    Works great! Has a nice heft. I love the glossy finish. Not every included scent is good, some are downright awful....but I’ll buy my own back flow cones from somewhere else and continue to enjoy this burner for years to come

    Not what I was hoping for.
    Not what I expected. Smoke only goes about half way. Cones last about 9 min.

    Such a cool product!
    I received a completely different backflow incense burner than the one pictured, but it’s still super cool! I’m keeping it for sure. The incense that comes with smells really good too, and sandalwood but not super pungent
